Our 8 Week Mindfulness Sessions can be offered to any one person, group or company who wishes to learn more about mindfulness and its different avenues.  

All sessions can be tailored in length to accommodate your needs. Each session brings more mindfulness to your life and well being and are geared towards learning and developing more of an understanding behind meditation and its benefits.
