Introduction to Mindfulness
Part 1 & 2

Our Introduction to Mindfulness Courses are offered to anyone who wishes to learn more about themselves and their journey.  It's an opportunity to grow and develop yourself from within and learning to calm the chaos in your daily life.

Each course and session will bring more mindfulness into your daily life, and are geared towards learning and understanding the benefits of breathing and meditation.

Part 1 & 2 are 6 sessions each and include some of the following topics:

Types of Meditation & Breath Work

All sessions are tailored to suit your needs and can be offered one on one, within a group or company setting.  

 

We are also MOBILE & ONLINE, which allows us to come to you, anytime, anywhere that is convenient.

Please Note: Part 1 is mandatory in order to take Part 2
