Yoga Nidra Workshop

During this two hour introductory workshop participants will learn about the basics surrounding Yoga Nidra. We will cover aspects of how to completely relax and create a better sense of calm from within.  We will also explore questions such as:

 

  • What is Yoga Nidra?

  • Why Choose Yoga Nidra?

  • What are the Stages of Yoga Nidra?

  • What are the Benefits of Yoga Nidra?

 

Our time spent together will not only answer these questions but you will also be given the opportunity to experience a guided Yoga Nidra first hand.

This workshop can be tailored to any size/type of group/age setting or offered privately in your own home.
