Our philosophy of Yoga and Mindful Movement practice is all about Sustainability.
So, what does that mean?
It means, moving our bodies mindfully to build strength and increase mobility longterm. Incorporating simple movements that can be done everyday while understanding how our body mechanics work, can go a long way to giving us more stability and range of motion for a happy healthy mind and body.
