Our Beginner Meditation Course can be offered one on one, within a group or company setting.  It is offered to anyone who wishes to learn more about meditation and its different avenues.  

All sessions can be tailored in length to accommodate your needs. Each session brings more mindfulness to your daily life and well being, and are geared towards learning and developing more of an understanding behind meditation and its benefits.
