Movement & Mobility Classes
Our Movement and Mobility Classes are designed to be accessible to all bodies and focus on sustainable, mobility based movement. We prioritize building strength and stability to support everyday functionality and long term well being.
What Does That Mean?
What you learn on the mat directly translates into your daily life, helping you move with more ease, awareness and confidence.
These classes cover:
