Erica is a CEOLD Specialist, which is a non medical person trained to care for someone holistically (Physically, Spiritually, and Emotionally) at the end of life.  (End of Life Doulas are also known as End of Life Coaches, Death Doula, Transition Guides, Death Doula, Death Midwife and End of Life Guide).

As a CEOLD Specialist, Erica is also certified as a DoulaGiver Care Consultant & DoulaGiver ElderCare Doula.

 

Why do we need End of Life Doulas?

​

Death is a tough conversation who most do not want to talk about.  However, how are we to know the wishes of our loved ones if we do not ask the tough questions.  Wouldn't you want your loved one to pass away in the manner that they were conformable in, how they want to pass and honour their wishes?  We help those voice their wants in writing so we can advocate for what they want when they can't speak for themselves.
