Each Meditation class is centred around a specific theme or topic, with time for guided practice and discussion. We explore a range of meditation techniques to help you discover what resonates best with you. Hosting a gathering and want to add something meaningful and restorative?
We offer private meditation classes for small groups, perfect for themed events focused on relaxation and connection. You choose the theme, date, time, location and guest list and we'll take care of the rest. Group sessions typically run minimum 60 minutes.
