Learning to Let Go takes longer than a 1-2 hour Workshop however, this workshop is offered to anyone who wishes to dive deep into their stressors and how they can learn to live with them and let go of what no longer serves them. Like all of our workshops, this an opportunity to grow and develop from within and learning to calm the chaos in your daily life.
This workshop will bring more mindfulness into your daily life, and is geared towards learning and understanding the benefits of breathing and meditation, with a focus on letting things go.
This Workshop may be tailored to suit your needs and can be offered one on one, within a group or company setting.
