Pre-Requisite:

Introduction to Mindfulness Workshop

This Workshop is a more in-depth look at how you can bring Mindfulness techniques into your workspace to help ease your stress levels.  Participants will review the basic science, philosophy and practice of Meditation.  We will expand on the development of a solid personal practice, learn how to bring that practice into the workspace to manage daily stressors, and discuss how incorporating mindfulness can improve physical, mental and emotional well being anywhere.

 

We offer management and its employees the tools to create a safe and welcoming environment to increase balance, concentration and focus for all.

  • Daily Causes of Stress in the Workplace

  • Physical Effects of Stress

  • Compassion Fatigue

The prerequisite for this Mindfulness Workshop is one of our Introduction to Mindfulness Workshops ("You & Stress" or "Stress, PTSD & Depression").  

 

This workshop can be tailored to any size/type of group/age setting or offered privately in your own home.
